Anyone that knows me knows that s’mores are one of my favorite foods. I’ve seen variations of the below recipe in many places, but my favorite rendition is the one I found on Pinch of Yum – they are so delicious and easy to make… great for any get together!
1 box (13 oz) Golden Grahams
5 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows
1 1/2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
5 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
First, grease 13×9-inch pan with butter or cooking spray. Reserve 1 cup of the mini mallows, then in a large pot, slowly melt the butter, chocolate chips, remaining mallows, and corn syrup. Make sure to use low heat, or the chocolate will burn! Once you have a smooth mixture, remove from the heat and add in the vanilla. Then, add in the Golden Grahams (if your pot isn’t big enough, then mix all ingredients in a large bowl). Toss in the cup of mini mallows you have reserved, and mix. Pour the gooey mixture into the pan, and let cool for roughly 2 hours. Cut into the bar sizes of your choosing, and enjoy!
