This simple fudge recipe is a great way to get your CHOCOLATE fix. Since I love pretty much every recipe Giada comes up with, I decided to give this a try.
1 14-ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 lb Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
3 tsp Unsalted Butter, Room Temp
Line an 8″x8″ pan with parchment paper, and spray with non-stick spray. In a double broiler (stainless or glass bowl sitting over a pot of lightly simmering water), add in the butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, condensed milk, and chocolate. Continuously stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is thick. Pour the mixture into the lined pan, and smooth the top. Sprinkle with sea salt, then refrigerate for a few hours. When you remove it, the fudge should easily pop out of the pan (because of the parchment paper). Cut into squares, and serve! This makes a great gift!
